I just have one feature request. Im subscribed to quite a few podcasts and, in order to keep the memory from blowing up, Ive selected to keep only one episode on my playlists from podcasts I like. However, after playing the latest episode for a podcast, Id like the next one in the unplayed queue (the previous, older episode) to be automatically downloaded and show up on the playlist... such that I always have X episodes per podcast. I can do this manually by going into a podcasts directory and downloading what Id like to see, but this would make it easier. Its the only feature in the native Podcasts app that I dont see in your (amazing) app... there its easy to see what episodes havent been listened to without having to download them, and not forget about them if you just dont have time to listen to them in the week of their release. Thank you!

In love with the share feature. Perfect for referring friend who arent very familiar with podcasts to favorite episodes and series.

I have had no issues with the app and enjoy the smart speed and vocal eq features. Love this app.

Finally found a great podcast app! This app is more capable, intuitive, and functional than native Apple podcast app on iPhone.

I heard such terrible things about the Apple podcast app that I never bothered to use it, and went straight to this app. Easy to use, no glitches, so its inspiring me to look into more podcasts. Thumbs up!

I bought the app to support Marco because I have gotten so much from his efforts. I stick with it because Smart Speed actually helps me listen to more podcasts. My Smart Speed savings is at 48 hours. Plus the quality of 1.x playback is really phenomenal. Only on podcasts with really fast talkers do I have to slow down below the 1.5 range. The web app is a nice addition for when Im at my Mac.

The features/capabilities are everything thats missing from the default iPhone podcast app - however the interface is not as sleek and its harder to search for new podcast by categories and ratings. Overall totally worth downloading - you can actually create and control playlist.

This is opinionated software, and I agree with it. The playback interface is superb, and makes for very easy control whether Im on the move or my car is. Smart Speed is great, and is so well done I dont notice it — except that its saved me 45 hours of listening time! Not sure whether that makes it an incredibly valuable feature or a priceless one. Either way, I love it.

Theres no other way to write this. Compared to the other apps out there, this is the best one with all the features youd need (and then some). Also- become a patron because its important to help contribute to the continuing development of this app (and others in the future).

After trying several others before and after , Ive come back to this one. It runs great and has so much flexibility built in. One feature I really want to see is Chromecast/Cheomecast Audio support. I have to use Pocket Casts (maybe Spotify) for that and I hate having extra apps on my phone. I like to listen to podcasts through my stereo on the weekend and would like to be able to pause, etc from my phone without having it tied to 1 1/8"-RCA cables. Keep up the great work!

If you listen to a lot of podcasts, get Overcast. It is legitimately the best podcast app I have ever used and if I had more money I would definitely sponsor it on patreon. Its just that good. I never write reviews and chose to do this one because of how well made the app is. Improve over Apples in home podcasting app and get this one instead.

Amazing app! I normally dont support apps, but this is the first one to actually make me do it! Amazing features and love the dark mode!

I use this app every day on my way to the office. Ive almost eliminated music and replaced it with tons of informational podcasts. Fantastic app.

Very nice so far

Overcast is superior to Apple podcasts for one key reason: the ability to download episodes over 100MB using LTE. What a ridiculous limitation imposed by Apple considering LTE speeds exceed wifi in many instances.

Best podcast player out there! Smart Speed and Voice Boost are game changers!
